We use your Fall IPEDS count (full-time + part-time, credit-bearing students) as the starting point for institutional licensing.

Subtract non-college-served dual enrollment

High-school dual-enrolled students who don’t use your support services are removed, so you’re not paying for students you don’t actually serve.

Clean institutional pricing tiers

Your final licensing enrollment determines your pricing tier across all tools and suite options.
