They may simply return to what is familiar, without knowing what is helping them learn or what else they could try. Study Strategy Swap Bingo™, Facilitator's Edition, is a 55–60 minute session in six phases, ready to run. At its center is a card of real study strategies that works on any device or on paper. The activity. Students mark what they already do, then trade. They find a classmate who uses a strategy they don't, get their initials, and ask one question: What does that actually look like when you do it? The wrap-up. Nobody leaves with a list. Everyone leaves with a plan. Each student picks one new strategy to experiment with and writes down when they'll try it — for example: the strategy I'm trying, quiz myself without looking at my notes; when and where, Thursday night, before the chapter reading; how I'll know it worked, I can explain it without checking.
